Managed Sale option
For certain deals, there’s a Managed Sale option made available. This is mostly the case when selling the tokens individually by the deal participants can be costly (Ethereum blockchain) or when the mass token distribution is impossible due to the lack of instruments (some non-EVM blockchains).
In these cases, deal participants are free to delegate selling the tokens to Bulk.
By “Requesting Managed Sale” deal participants indicate that they do not wish to receive the tokens and prefer Bulk to sell them in their place. In this case, the deal participants receive the sale proceeds in stable coins on the BSC.
Note that by Requesting Managed sale you leave the choice of the token sale timing to the platform administrators. Usually, the sale is executed asap, however, exceptions are possible.
You are free to cancel Managed Sale at any time as well simply by clicking the button “Cancel Managed Sale”.
When the tokens are issued on a non-EVM blockchain and submitting deal participants’ wallets is requested the Managed Sale option can be executed automatically.
In case a deal participant doesn’t provide a wallet, nor indicates the Managed Sale option by the deadline, he’ll be automatically included in the Managed Sale list.
You are free to change your wallet and to request/cancel the Managed Sale at any time. Please note, that these functions will be disabled appx. 1 day prior to every token distribution in order to give us time for preparations.
